"Be loved with the force of generations"

Genealogy is sometimes tricky. Records get lost, names change, there are spelling errors, and miscalculated birthdays, and those are just the common road blocks. It can get confusing. Especially since there are always sons who name their sons after their fathers. In that case, you may end up with 2 or 3 men of the same general age, born within 5 years of each other, with the same first and last names. This means, there is no 100% guarantee the story goes as the records indicate. We can only speculate and assume with some degree of certainty that we have followed the correct trail. That being said...

The information in this collection is my interpretation of the records I have access to, and first hand knowledge of my immediate and extended families. It is to document the ancestries of my paternal and maternal lines. If you have records, or access to records for someone in my tree and wish to add to it, or you have spotted an error in my research, please feel free to comment on the particular post and we can discuss a possible change.

Digitized records are often shown as a link, those clicked links will open in a new tab. Broken or misleading links can be reported by commenting the blog that holds the link in question.

I try not to publish a post until I have all available records and information on a couple; but in researching other persons, I may come across new knowledge for a person already published. Check back often as new information comes to light every day. I am also trying to avoid posting the information of those people who are still living.

This is my personal bloodline, and have been researching it off and on for fifteen years. It is taking me into territories I am unfamiliar with and this particular blog set of mine might be longer in between postings because of that. I hope you can understand. If you have come to this blog set because you are a relative of someone in this tree... well... Hello cousin!!

I hope the information I have listed here helps you in your research!

"Be loved with the force of generations."
